What We Do

Services

Five focused service lines, all anchored in the same principle: get the scope right the first time and the rest of the process gets simpler for everyone.

Field Inspections & Full-Scope Documentation

On-site inspections and full-scope documentation that captures the loss the first time — photographs, measurements, 360 imagery, diagrams, and written scope built to carry through estimating, appraisal, or carrier review without backtracking.

Xactimate Estimates

Xactimate estimates for restoration and reconstruction, written by someone who has spent forty years on construction sites. Line items reflect the work that actually has to be performed — not boilerplate, not guesswork. Mitigation, build-back, roofing, siding, and exterior restoration.

Independent Appraisal & Umpire

Independent appraisal and umpire services for disputed claims. A neutral, experienced read of the loss and the scope, with the goal of moving parties to a defensible resolution without litigation.

Consulting

Consulting on construction and insurance processes — claim workflows, scope review, estimate audit, and the operational questions that come up where the two industries meet.

Personalized Team Training

Training built around your team and the lines of business you handle. Field documentation discipline, scope writing, Xactimate workflow, and the construction knowledge adjusters need but rarely get.

From The Field

Where the Estimate Is Born

Every estimate, every appraisal opinion, every umpire decision starts in the same place: on-site, hands-on, in the conditions the loss actually presents.

About

Who You're Hiring

T2G Enterprises exists for one purpose: helping contractors, property owners, and attorneys accurately document, estimate, appraise, and resolve property damage claims.

I bring more than 40 years of combined construction and property claims experience to every assignment. That experience includes hands-on construction, ownership and management of construction companies, independent adjusting, catastrophe response, estimating, appraisal, umpire work, and construction consulting.

My property claims experience spans two decades and tens of thousands of claims, including residential, commercial, catastrophe, hurricane, hail, wind, fire, and water losses throughout the United States. I have worked major storm events from Hurricane Ike in 2008 through Hurricane Milton in 2024, along with dozens of significant hail, wind, winter, and flood events nationwide.

What separates my work from other estimating services is the ability to evaluate a loss through the lens of both an experienced contractor and an experienced property claims professional.

I have personally performed work across virtually every major trade involved in residential and commercial construction, owned and operated construction companies, and held General Contractor licenses in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Georgia.

That background matters because accurate estimating starts with understanding how a structure is actually built. Knowing how building systems interact, how damage affects those systems, what code requirements apply, and what is required to properly restore a property allows me to identify missing scope, evaluate repair methodology, and prepare estimates that reflect construction realities rather than assumptions made from behind a desk.

Equally important is reliability. Contractors and property owners do not need another consultant who is difficult to reach, misses deadlines, or disappears when questions arise. Throughout my career, my reputation has been built on being available, communicating clearly, following through on commitments, and showing up when I say I will. In this industry, consistency and dependability are every bit as important as technical knowledge.

I hold the General Adjuster (GA) designation and Xactimate Expert status. The combination of extensive construction knowledge and property claims experience allows me to work effectively with contractors, property owners, attorneys, public adjusters, insurance adjusters, and carriers alike.

Services include:

  • Independent Xactimate estimating
  • Jobsite inspections and damage documentation
  • Scope development and repair methodology review
  • Supplemental estimate preparation
  • Construction consulting
  • Insurance claim consulting
  • Appraisal services
  • Umpire services

Whether you need a professional estimate, an experienced appraiser, a qualified umpire, or practical guidance on a complex property loss, my objective is straightforward: provide accurate, defensible work backed by decades of real-world construction and property claims experience while delivering the level of responsiveness and reliability clients deserve.

BUILDING TRUST. DELIVERING RESULTS.
